Not to sound crazy, but do you envision this setup being able to go 200,000 miles with proper MX, under normal driving conditions.....not hammer fest all the time.

My main concern is welding on the axel tubes, like on Skyl3r's truck

Welding the brackets on both the frame and the axle need to be done an inch or more at a time (stich welding) in a staggered pattern so as not to warp the steel.
You don't even need to drain the gear oil out if done correctly.
And properly support frame and axle to relive any pressure/weight.

A good shop and an experienced welder can do this easily. Using stick or MIG welding or better yet TIG welding.
