Here's a preview of how the Bed Stiffeners will be made:

These guys are killing it with their fab work videos. Currently, they are finishing up a classic '90's standard cab 2WD Ranger project that is absolutely pristine.

2 more 2nd place trophy at the county fair mud drags..

It was a pretty dry track, had lots of traction and an actual drag tree with timing lights... the whole event was run on times (add your 2 runs together to get your time) instead of people calling the race at the finish line like some events I went to last year..

Had fun, will go back again.. surprised a lot of old schoolers but of course heard some $80k truck talk things as usual..( i cant believe youre taking your $80k truck out here)

I got lucky and dug up a 6"X60" rem of P&O .188wall plate. Split it in half with the Eastwood mini metal saw. Now, all the 3" plate needed is ready to go.

Cleaning out the Barn, this was lying on the floor behind some heavy steel plate. An unused King 2.0X4.0 Bumpstop & Can. (It was an extra pair that was purchased long ago, and a lowlife relative "borrowed" the other when his were damaged on his Class 1400 Ranger). It would be simple to just buy 1 more can & bumpstop for around $400 and then fab the brackets around them, but these are kinda ridiculous and really too long.
