They do run coils(overs) in the rear. Unless I detected sarcasm and it wasn't there.

thats not what I read:

Pre-Runner Stage II Lift Kit:
5-link coil-spring rear suspension, 4130 chrome moly lower control arms, upper control arms, rebuildable high-angle ball joints and forged steel, high-angle tie rods. Fourteen inches of suspension travel in front and rear, 3-inch internal bypass Fox shocks. (Part No. P5155662)

from their site:
Mopar Ram Runner | Mopar

am i wrong?

I couldn't tell if you were saying TTs run rear coilovers or not.

Don't worry I was confused too....

I really hope they take into account that the RR is a kit and needs additional stuff to be finished, like wheels/tires/paint/labor. Sure it'll perform a bit better (my guess anyway) because it doesn't have to be run down an assembly line like the Raptor does. Plus with all that factored in, it's a lot more expensive for a truck that is equipped equivalently to a Raptor.

We shall see....

the best thing to do if they want to compare trucks is to take the cost of the ram, all the parts, labor, and any other cost of the truck then add up the total of the RR and compare it to the cost of the Raptor, the money that is over the cost of the raptor should then be applied to the raptor for after market parts. this way you can actually compare what the trucks can do for the money spent on them. heres the break down.

DODGE RAM RUNNER plus MSRP of Kit compenents

1, cost of truck fully loaded = 40,595
2, P155662 = 13,270
3, p5155663 = 1,250
4, p5155664 = 1,010
5, p5155665 = 1,020
6, p5155666 = 1,350
7, 82211065ad = 978
8, p5155280 = 1,135

Grand Total of parts and truck with out cost of labor is 60, 604 add min of 8000 for Labor and you have 68,604

Ford raptor fully loaded 54,578

now take the 14,026 and apply it to the raptor and that will be a good comparision.

Bet it'd be enough for an RPG Stage 4+. Then the Rap would eat the RR alive.

Should be interesting. I have been thinking about building a truck or getting another Raptor and there are 3 things that bring me back to the Raptor. 6.2, ORM and a warranty. Those things are hard to beat IMO. Who knows maybe I will go get a Dodge and throw one of these kits on if they are that much better??
