Ford just replaced my motor and says they work like they are supposed to but my question is which position on the stalk do you put them in? 0 has the A next to it but that doesn’t seem to do it.
0 is turned off despite the misleading A. Put it on one rain drop.

If it still doesn’t work they didn’t fix it. Ask me how I know

The last post is correct. The O is Off, confusing with the A next to it. Turn the dial, which you think is the delay wiper and that is the sensitivity setting for the rain sensing wipers, turn it up another and it will be more sensitive. It makes you think it is just delay wipes but it will turn slower or off as the rain lets up.

I've messed with it in every setting and gave up and turned normal wipers back on... It just wouldn't work. Random wipes across clear and dry windshields were very common, and then it would rain and the damn thing wouldn't come on. Once it finally rained I would keep turning the sensitivity up and then eventually they would come on. If it stopped raining they would often stay on as well. Useless system.

yours is clearly not right or simply not engaged. per my post earlier in this thread, go through all driver profiles in the vehicle settings and make sure rain sensing is engaged, including the guest profiles. If one profile has it clicked off, it will not work

I did the guest profile trick on my 2023 and my auto wipers are now working flawlessly for what it’s worth.
Same here for me. This thread fixed an issue that has been annoying me for 2 years. Now that Ford got my OTA updates working, it is like having a truck where all of the available features work as advertised. Kind of crazy.

So when I have rain sensing wipers activated on mine, my wipers will wipe once at startup. Even when the window is dry. That alone has caused me to not use them at all. I like clean windows. Nothing worse than a clean window and a dry wipe smear.

what did you have to do to convince the dealer to fix the OTA stuff?
