I had mine done this past Saturday by the boys at TMX and immediately took it to NTB for a check and the alignment was dead on. I love both the ride and look of Mid Perch.

Actually it doesn't matter. I usually just take it out and leave it out. It's only there for the initial manufacturing process so the perch doesn't rotate. After that it's dead weight.

i did not know that. i made sure my friend put the set screw back in place thinking that it had some purpose. just goes to show how much i know. haha.

Wow Storm the sealer said they would do your mid perch? I asked mine and they said no they don't. If the dealer does it I would do it in a heartbeat.

Small dealer in a small town where everyone knows everyone. If you don't provide great service, you don't survive. Word of mouth is good and bad. You don't want bad in a small town! I may have them do it when I get my oil switched over to AMSOIL with the first change.

...wish I could find someone in Illinois or Indiana that could do the perch adjustment (and know what they are doing)
