Let us know what you think.

I'm leaning towards leaving mine stock for the first couple months and then most likely going mid perch. It's tempting to do it right away since the dealer said they'd do it but I kind of what to know what the truck is like stock for a while so I can really feel what mid perch does myself. Are you going to have your beadlocks on by then?

That's a good plan Storm. That way you'll be able to truly appreciate it. Just be careful about getting very aggressive offroad because it's pretty easy to bang the skid plate on stock perch setting.

Wow Storm the sealer said they would do your mid perch? I asked mine and they said no they don't. If the dealer does it I would do it in a heartbeat.

So I finally got around to making the how-to video yesterday. Sorry about the audio in the first part of the video, it was real fuzzy so I had to leave out step one. Step one, remove top nut on the sway bar. Hope you guys like it and see how easy this mod is to do in your front yard with hand tools and a floor jack.

Awesome video, RPG. I am considering doing this now. Do you retighten the set screw after you decompress the spring or before?

Actually it doesn't matter. I usually just take it out and leave it out. It's only there for the initial manufacturing process so the perch doesn't rotate. After that it's dead weight.

Glad you guys liked it.

Cool,

Just take your time, orientate the spring compressors the way we have them and follow along.

No kidding... these videos are so helpful to people new to the "hobby"...

I wish I would have made more as I went, but only recently have been geared up with the right equipment to do so!

Thanks for the video, Jarrett.
