Well I don't think the trombone part will replace the part where the leak is. Ford video said part of reason done was for commonality of parts. The leak is where bottom of part #2 connects. It appears the trombone part replaces part #8. At least that is how it appears to me. As for the leak, mine looks like the bottom of #2 was not fully seated before clamp was tightened down. Going to work on it this week to see if I can fix. I can't put it up on my lift as both sides of the truck would have 1/2 of the tires hanging off and that seems bit too sketchy so need some dry weather before crawling around on the driveway.
