I must be getting old and not letting things like the issues above bother me the way they used to. Shock corrosion? Clean it up. I bet money it will come right off. Seats not the same. Yea that sux. Kind of hard to imagine that. Tailgate. 3M tape does wonder. Valve cover? Crazy. With that said the truck is still amazing and contrary to Trooperboys post says I would NOT want a refund. My02.

I am not getting old....according to my kids I am old. I figued about the same....even googled how to clean up aluminum corrosion which will be my direction even if dealer offered to swap/fix. Only thing I would make them fix would be the seat.

The seat thing is really crazy. That would be a reason to have "that" conversation with FOMOCO.

Wow I had to run out and check my seats!

Seats are good, I do have the corrosion on the shocks, my AC comes on randomly and my driver display changes randomly as well. Also noticed some dirt or junk in the paint on my hood.

Biggest complaint so far is the driver display changing and it really is lame in comparison to the 23 TRX I had.

Hopefully that’s all but more to come once I get time to give it a wash….

Coincidentally, Ford just released a bulletin this past week with addition PDI checks and labor time for 2024 F-150/Raptor and Ranger/Raptor. The bulletin specifically calls out checking the tailgate appliqué for warpage among other check’s. So apparently they’re well aware of the appliqué issue and the dealer should have no issue replacing it under warranty.

I am supposed to pick up my R tomorrow and they were going to call me this morning to let me know PDI all good before I head their way in the morning (about 150 mile drive). My dealer just called and said taking longer than normal to get the PDI done due to the length of the Enhanced PDI, but said they would finish this afternoon and give me a call. He said "good so far"....fingers crossed..

It’s 7 or 8 pages, shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes max. lol

Just make sure the seats match!
