So I went with a friend dealer / family run place
And got the 2nd allocation

White super crew
802A lux package
Pano sunroof
Spray in bed liner

My price was 64k

Is this fair?

I'm coming up with MSRP of $63,640 for a truck with those options. Fair is in the eye of the beholder. Lots of trucks selling for MSRP and lots of people that would be happy with that but ultimately it's up to you to decide what is fair.

So pretty much what I'm reading msrp is good
I feel happy with it.... Im in NYC area and absolutely no dealer will do anything under 3k over msrp

Some dealers asking 15 k over!

Depends upon the type of order, using dealer allocation (to get it sooner) MSRP is not bad.

High demand for the truck. You want to be one of the first ones with a 17? then MSRP isn't bad. Sure as hell is better than paying an ADM.
