If you feel that MSRP is a deal then there is nothing that I can say to change your mind. If "you" feel that it is, then that's all that matters, it's your money. But to publicly ask if something is a deal or not when paying full price, you are bound to get different responses. So the OP just needs to suck it up and understand what they shouldn't of asked a question that they weren't prepared to get different answers.

I personally think that's fair deal at a tad over MSRP.

Dealers in high demand areas are in fact trading raptor allocations at above MSRP pricing so that should say a lot.

I was somewhat constrained by my desire to establish a relationship with a local dealer to take advantage of VIP treatment. I enjoyed this treatment when I lived in Ga. I am not trying to say I would not like to save 4 to 5K. My search was all done via the Internet, but none of the 15 dealers SC, NC and Ga responded with MSRP or less. Later, I was surprised by a call from a SC dealer within 19 miles of me at MSRP. They have 9 allocations which I am the 4th with a priority of 13. Did I get a good deal, I could have gotten better maybe if I waited. But same is true for most products,
