I've been on the fence about NAV-TV myself, yet I damn sure am not gonna spend 5 bills to do without a stereo.

You are in a southern state so doubt you will have an issue. Plus apparently there is a fix for it. I would imagine perhaps the ones shipping from the factory today would be updated by now.

Seems like another NavTV failure here. It was 18 degrees F out tonight and no screen whatsoever. Couldn't turn on the heated seats and radio or perform a vehicle diagnostic to see what is wrong either. Who do I need to contact about getting these updates? Did you just call this number listed on their website 1-866-477-3336 and ask for the unofficial update to cure the cold weather blues?


That should work. I just did the "Live Chat" function on their website. They will need the serial numbers from your modules. You can get that from using their program and connecting via the USB.

A few weeks ago the truck was covered in snow at about 10ºF and everything worked perfectly.
