Foamy oil will displace more volume. If you were a quart high and the oil was foamy, I highly doubt that "quart" was all fuel.

Damn rwjr... I'm pretty sure I had something intelligent to add, but I can't remember my name after zooming in on your signature pic... shit... uh... driveshaft overload... temperature rising... red alert ..... uh... all hands on deck

Fuel in the oil wont make it foam ,it will only dilute it and loose lubricity,
you would need more than a gallon of fuel in the crankcase to make some damage to it.

if you have Foam from coolant & oil mix Then i would pressure test the
coolant to oil heat exchanger (oil cooler),

As mentioned on earlier posts... check your oil cooler

okay motorheads...

Here is the follow up...

I am having issues during cold start up.. the truck runs like hammered ass (sounds like it is cutting out and stumbles) until it warms up, then it runs fine.. There is still a slight smell of burning antifreeze, no fluid loss, oil has been changed. I have returned to stock tune to see if this issue is still there. And unfourtantely it still does it.. I am going to but some miles and drive cycles on it and remove CAI before I return to the dealer.

Anyone have any ideas?
NO codes
All intake hoses are tight
Could it be a vaccuum leak? The leak may cause the nearest cylinder to run leaner than the others. The ECM will indeed richen up the overall mix in an attempt to bring the excess oxygen in the exhaust back to the appropriate low level—but that will force the other cylinders to be too rich, which may cause a whole menu of issues—misfires, unstable idle, etc
But the ecm runs in open loop during start up and ignores the O2 sensors until operating tempature is reached.. When it goes into closed lop it runs fine?
Bad mass air sensor?

any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Bad gas?

My Bullitt had a similar issue, but MUCH worse, and it was bad gas.

It took about 20 miles after I got the bad gas to show up.

when you have a bad head gasket most likely compression goes into cooling system and not the other way around, antifreeze if you smell it in the exhaust your o2 sensors would trigger a code ,if you have combustion contamination in the coolant then expect major repairs needed., oil (trans or eng) in the coolant most likely means oil cooler failure
monitor coolant temp sensor and intake temp sensor since first start up till warms up, that would be first thing to do, look for drop outs or spikes & erratic readings

I am still battling this issue with my truck..

It is happens randomly (at least that is what I thought) and does not set any DTC. And since the techs can not see any codes or duplicate the issue. I started to document the issue with video taping every start.

The only time it does it is when the ambient temp is below 30 degrees.

After the truck sits over night and engine is cold. (the ford tech left the truck inside over night and had no issues next morning)

Once the engine goes into closed loop, it immediately stops and does not return until the engine is cold.

I have removed 5star tunes, and believe it or not it has gotten worse. Thinking 5star tune enters into closed loop faster than stock tune.

There is occasional back firing through intake. Bad enough to blow the afe filter off the intake tube. And the band clamp was still tight, had to loosen it to get filter back on.

I am trying to catch it on video to post here, to send to the dealership and Ford consumer affairs.
