I guess I’ll try and get my 2014 updated. I’ve not had any issues yet, so didn’t figure I’d mess with it. I emailed JDM about it to see if I would need a new tune afterwards. Here’s what I got from Jim:

“Our tune has it accounted for but you still need to have the update performed at a dealership or they will continue to contact you as it’s a NHTSA recall. You have to take it to the dealer and remove our tune, tell them not to drive the truck. Do the update then reinstall our tune file.”

Will weigh-in.
Have a '14 Roush sent out for upgrade and badging by dealer before delivery. Purchased from an **** retentive collector in '20 with 880 miles and have added another trouble-free 20k. Spoke with the local Ford Roush dealer's service dept after getting the recall notice 24S37 and as previously posted was told would wipe out the tune with potential trouble of restoring prior status and performance. I drive this as a Sunday go-to meetin' truck and as an open-carry, i.e., seriously capable of acute action but judiciously deployed with no off-road and limited s/c engagement apart from occasional pass and need for speed.
BLUF - Hard pass

At this point, I am thinking the same thing I have been driving mine for 3 years without any transmission issues, If it has a problem I would think it would have done it by now.
