I installed them in the doors on my SCAB. I had already removed door panels and knew how. I'd say it took maybe 15-20 min to get both done with my wife helping hold the door panels as I removed them. I think they manufacturer estimates 20-30 per side.

I still have to do the tailgate, waiting for it to cool off so I can do the tailate popnlock and jimmy jammer together.

Yeah...an extra set of hands will come in handy. I definitely could have used an extra set this weekend installing my BakFlip F1!
