I did the RPG 2.25 collar. Running BFG 37s with method 0 offset and no rubbing or trimming. Truck still sits .25 higher in the rear. Truck does feel more planted and definitely smoother with the 37s

Great thread and info. I just picked up my 2022 Gen 3 and threw 37 KO2s on it last week. I also have a 2 inch level on the front. No rubbing whatsoever. Better ride quality with the 37s. I kept the 35 tire underneath for the spare for now until I go on long road trips. I haven’t beaten it up yet off roading but plan to eventually. Was curious if anyone had to replace the stock bump stops yet who added 37s to the 35 package or if there is anything else worth modifying or to keep in mind? Here are some pictures of the new setup on NV 305s. I’ll update more after a few off-road trips. Super happy with the 37s so far and just want to prevent any complications down the road.

Ok, finally got out to put it through its paces off-road with the 37s on my 35 truck. I did install 1.5” collars yesterday as well. Truck is amazing on 37s, noticeably smoother. And although I didn’t launch it huge I did get it airborn and had zero rubbing (again on stock wheels, with the RPG collar on).

One thing is that the spare tire did slide forward into the crossmember after being bounced around. Luckily Ford made tie down holes perfectly in line with the spare, so all you need to do is put a tie down strap to hold it back toward the rear bumper.

Great info. Thanks for posting. Any issues after using the tie downs to secure the spare? Just upgraded to KO2 37s and kept the stock 35 until I planned on a longer road trip. Here’s the set up with 2 inch level on the front.

Did you also put 37 spare?
Yes - put an OEM size 37" BFG KO2 tire, mounted it to the spare wheel. Everything fits fine, just make sure you pull the tire toward the trailer hitch as you raise it into place to keep from sitting against the cross bar. I did quite a bit of offroading and jumping with that setup, no issues.

I've seen conflicting posts about 1.5 vs 2.25 collars. Did you measure before ordering or just pull the trigger?

Lots of speculation / feedback on if 37's would fit. Thought i would share some pics/info on my install.

- Stock truck, no suspension changes.

- No clearance issues, full lock each direction has a minimum of 2" clearance even at closest position to any chassis/fender.
- Full size Ford Forged wheel w/ 37X12.5R17LT fits in stock spare location no modification. I did have to center it as it was raised by moving it about 1/2 back.
- Tires are BFGoodrich 37X12.5R17LT 116S KO's (specs here)
- Ford Forged wheel + stock 35's weight was 103.2 lbs
- Ford Forged wheel + 37's weight was 101.6 lbs.
- Stock offset (34mm) which helps

Other notes:
- Plan is to per-order Fox Race shocks for 37’s
- Picked up some Alcon 5mm spacers but 12.5 wide 37" is narrower so the stock wheels have no clearance issues


Factory 17" Forged Aluminum wheels specs (from @FordTechOne):
- Forged Aluminum (bead lock): +1.3”/34mm
- “Raptor 37” forged aluminum bead lock: +1.2”/30mm

I just got a set of 37 pp, after installing found TPMS fault (seller quoted they are in there) then vibration at 60 MPH.
I will probably have to order TPMS then look for the place to install and balance the wheels. Today I spent over an hour trying to find shop that can balance 37" tires.....no one around Cincinnati area can do it.
Where did you get your tires installed and balanced?
