These are progressive rate leaf springs. So much better than stock. My stock leafs were crap compared to these. I am glad I purchased Icons over Deavers as you have 3 settings to choose from vs stuck with 1.
The difference is that Deavers are made exactly how they’re advertised with good quality control. Icon has garbage QC with their springs apparently coming from India which others have posted about on here. Sure you get options, but you won’t know exactly where those options land you until you try them out.

Also, Deavers are progressive too. That’s not an excuse.

So it sounds like you believe everything you read on the internet. All I can speak of is my own experience and I would purchase the Icons again over the deavers in a second. And no I have nothing to do with Icon. As with any product made some bad product gets out on the market. If you're truly not happy just get a set of deavers.

Prove me wrong. I had a horrible experience with Icon and will never buy their products again. I’m happy to share why with others so they don’t fall into the same trap.

Have you considered changing from option 3 to option 2? I think this would reduce the height issue that you're having with only 400 lbs of weight in the back most of the time. Icon recommends 850 lbs for option 3 with a .5" ride height increase. I would guess that it more like a.5 to 1" ride height increase.

Yes, they still lift way more than advertised. According to Icon option 2 should provide 1.00” lift with 400 lbs. I got 2.50” with 450 pounds. Icon’s response to this is to just pick an option that gets me the height I want. So while you sit there and commend them on their adjustability, Icon pretends that height is the only thing that matters. They advertise different compression rates but have no idea how their springs actually act under different loads. Their response to providing springs that don’t match their specs at all was, and I quote: “I think you simply have to set your truck the height you want and let it rip.”

Yeah my truck at option two got .5" higher ride height than I was expecting but it actually worked out pretty good. I'm also under the 400 lb in the bed that they recommend so to be fair it's probably within a quarter to half inch of what they suggested.

Proof that the consistency between their products is bad.

My neighbor has gone through two sets of deavers. The first one broke and on the second set the left side was much lower than the right side by 3/4". That's why I decided to go with the adjustable Icon set so I can adjust them to wherever I need them. If I add weight, I have the option to raise it higher. If I take weight out I'll put it back towards option 1. I bet out of all the sets of deavers and icons sold there's going to be some bad ones out there.

Difference is that Deaver does right by any issues, you can see that in PLENTY of circumstances on FRF. Icon just tells you to **** off.

Look at the end of the day, do your research if you're reading this thread. I'll rest my case with this simple fact: @svc and @RPG are easily two of the most trusted and well known aftermarket names in the Raptor community. There's a reason both of those companies who build the best Raptors out there only sell one brand of leaf springs with their kits, and that brand is Deaver.
