I know this has been discussed in the past with no real solutions other than replacement.

My Icon springs started clunking at slow speeds while turning or hitting bumps. I have noticed the noise is much more frequent in the rain or wet conditions. Everything is torqued and looks fine as far as I can see, I tried cleaning and spraying fluid film to no avail. I have heard adding washers between the spring clamps or rubber in the eye of the leafs may help.

Has anyone dealt with this issue successfully?

I get this allllllll the time. EVEN after ICON sent out a replacement sent (which I am 100% grateful for). Clunks all the time in the back end.
