Hennessey did a tune for big altitude for my wife and it helped. We live in Leadville now most of the time and our land is at around 10,500’

I'm tuned, Cobb stage 2 and live at 5k ft but drive up to tahoe and donner on the weekends and have had no issues above 8k ft.
