Help with tracking order

I was trying to track my Gen 3 order on fords website but was unable to successfully do so.

I received an email from Ford confirming my order. Stopped by the dealer today and was advised I have a build date in early December.

Is this the correct search engine?

I entered the vin and order number but nothing is showing up.

I called Ford they said they can’t get it to come up through that search engine either but it’s scheduled for dec 6th on their end.

You need to get the VIN from your dealer. You can used the dealer and order number when contacting Ford Performance.

The website is a pile of poop. It works like 10% of the time for me. I've tried a few different browsers and with/without my vpn.

Don't worry about the information you get from the tracker if it does work. Ive been in production for over a week. According to FP my truck is done but has a hold on it so it can't be shipped out. Its most likely waiting for a chip.

Also my truck was ordered 6/20... So be ready to wait...

Just fyi, it takes a couple of days once the Vin is assigned for it to show up in the trackers. The good news is, you have a Vin so it is scheduled for production.

Like others, I was initially excited when I had some dates appear on the ford tracker page but in the last 3 weeks, the dates change frequently with no apparent logic. Ex on 10/24, the delivery date on changed from 12/31 to 11/1 while it still showed my truck in production. yesterday the delivery date shows TBD. I suggest calling Ford and if they tell you it is on a microchip hold, just ignore all of the dates on the tracker page.
