My truck says convoy now on that tracker. Does that mean it is off the rail car and on a truck now to the dealership?
No, mine is 100% on a train and it says convoy. Your most accurate info right now will come from contacting FP.

Wish I knew. From what I've read Convoy generally means it goes by truck, not rail. Then I've seen some that say it could be truck to the rail, then back to truck. I'm about a 12 hour drive from Dearborn so I'd rather it be then one truck and drop it off. Damage incidents are significantly higher with rail involved especially if it's being taken from one truck to the rail, to the railyard, offload and onto another truck... not to mention all the added time involved. So I'm hoping they put it on the truck and drive it... ONE load/unload and done. I guess west coast and TX orders are all rail so it is what it is.

I made a deal on a 2021 Raptor over a month ago and have been tracking its (lack of) progress using the tracking site. Just now when I tried to track it, I got this message: "We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN."

Anyone else experience anything like this? I put in the same Order # and VIN that I've been using for the past month. Btw, the truck was "Built" on 12/18 and has been waiting for shipment ever since.
That's normal for the tracker. Mine showed that while being shipped.

That was happening when I used Duck Duck Go as a browser. I switched to Edge and it worked. Duck Duck Go works most of the time but I found other sites with hiccups when using it as well. Regardless of what browser you were using, try a different one and see.

Doesn't matter one bit. It's Ford's complete incompetence with their IT. Tried every browser out there, and phone browser... when it doesn't work, (which is most of the time), it doesn't work anywhere. I try it throughout the day, every day... it last worked for me last Wednesday, all day... then on Saturday for most of the day, then not again until just now... nothing new to be seen either. It's also useless for the information it provides because it's not the same thing FP sees. While it doesn't say much more, the ordertrack.app site at least works every time I've tried it. lol

I just refreshed the tracker and it's gone again. <facepalm>
