That was happening when I used Duck Duck Go as a browser. I switched to Edge and it worked. Duck Duck Go works most of the time but I found other sites with hiccups when using it as well. Regardless of what browser you were using, try a different one and see.
Doesn't matter one bit. It's Ford's complete incompetence with their IT. Tried every browser out there, and phone browser... when it doesn't work, (which is most of the time), it doesn't work anywhere. I try it throughout the day, every day... it last worked for me last Wednesday, all day... then on Saturday for most of the day, then not again until just now... nothing new to be seen either. It's also useless for the information it provides because it's not the same thing FP sees. While it doesn't say much more, the ordertrack.app site at least works every time I've tried it. lol
I just refreshed the tracker and it's gone again. <facepalm>
