Help Me Decide - SuperCab or SuperCrewCab?

What advantages or disadvantages to both?

Here's a couple I think:

Vote for SuperCab:

1) I like the ~12" shorter wheel base.
2) Don't mind the smaller rear passenger room, because don't carry people back there often

Vote for CrewCab:
1) like the 50% larger capacity gas tank

Scab - Better off road. More maneuverable. Looks better (subjective). Slightly lighter. Gas tank is large enough to go off road 250 miles, on road about 400.

The rear room is fine for what I need (had 4 people in the truck last night, plenty of room) and I am real happy with mine.

I second the screw gas tank. This is more convenient than you might think. Also, the back seat room is huge in comparison.
I do like the looks and increased manouverability of the scab, but with a family the screw was really the only way to go.

The super crew will most likely have the highest resale value and you can put a lot of stuff in the back with the seats folded up. The 36 gallon tank is also big on my list of important features. However, I like both - it's your truck get what's best for you!

1 scab for 10 screw,so in 10 years who know the resale value!
Have one wife and one dog so was easy choice.
if you have a whole family or you carry a lot of friends the screw is for you.
had to order mine in Missouri this July,and i am in Oregon .
at the time no dealership have a scab in Or,Ca had 3 but was overprice.
your choice,but if you find one near you at a good price,buy it.

Thanks all. Didn't think about the maneuverability. I sat in a new Screw 2 days ago in the back seat and whoa! Was like sitting in an ole Cadillac.
Seems what are mostly out there are Screws. Leaning more toward the Scab now though. There was one in Ohio, 2019, 9200 miles, but SOLD. They had the old switch and bait ad up.

For me I went with the Scab. I personally think it looks slightly better/more unique. Gonna guess the Screws outnumbers the Scabs 4 to 1 or higher, and I did not need the extra room or added towing. The screw however has a larger tank, a possible better resale down the road, and can tow more 8,000lbs vs 6,000 for the scab. I vote for Scab but IMO it's too close to call both are great.

that’s pretty much my take on it as well. Really, really want to figure out a way to throw a bigger tank (and the F-150 diesel engine for that matter) into mine, but the SCAB just looks ‘right’ to me, and it’s only me 90% of the time, me plus the wife or maybe the pups 99.9% of the time.

Theres a reason why guys say super ******* Cab, or maybe I'm just the only one... probably just me. They look so ******** badass. And yes you can fit people back there.
