Is it worth putting bypass shocks on the rear, or do you really lose suspension travel?
Ive ran the fox race series on my truck for almost 20k miles on my gen 3 with no issues. Youll lose about .5-1” of travel. Going to a through the bed bypass shock wouldnt be advised at all because theyre not designed for a coil suspension system itd ride very awkward

Thanks! good information for sure!
Absolutely! We also just got a big batch of fox race series shocks in stock after theyve been out of stock for the past month so our always great prices on those are available for immediate shipment!

Thanks! I am in the transition process from my Gen 2 to Gen 3. May pull my shocks off and move them over. If I cant swing it with the selling of the Gen 2 with the stock shocks i will hit you up!

@Johnny@Apollo-Optics Would the installation the SDI top hats require a recalibration, as, I may be wrong here, it's still adding small about of preload?

Also do you have any product information on the release, and specs, of the Gen 3 FRS? Last I heard was a late summer to end-of-year, anticipated, release but I haven't heard anything solid required possible specs.

I spoke to FOX in April and they advised they’re currently targeting a July/Aug timeframe for Gen3 FRS versions…so if that holds & you can wait 2-3 months, hopefully we’ll get lucky soon!

I appreciate that update! I think I should be able to wait, seeing as SDI is stating they're a month out on their top hats.

Require? No. Beneficial? Always. Thats for any suspension mod.

Fox has been saying “end of next quarter or the following” for 2 years or more now. Ill believe it when I see it but I mean, eventually itll be a thing Im sure.

Pretty much the response ive gotten of em. I was told Q1 of 2022 the first time.
