This will not be a Dealer call. Ford will be directly involved make no mistake. Speak for yourself when talking about calling a Ford Store and making an arse of yourself. Imagine that the service engineer will be looking at this (think FSE is the term) been there done that. Have had Ford buy back 2 vehicles from me over the years and being somewhat familiar with the process can tell you they will be going through this with a fine tooth comb and if there is no failure of a covered part it will be attributed to the operator.
