Honestly, at this point you should be asking Ford for a buy back. They can’t fix it, so the warranty means nothing to you. You’ve given them a fair chance to fix it and they haven’t. They CAN; they’ve chosen not to. Unfortunate, but it is what it is. As sad as it is to type this, you should strongly consider turning in the loaner and waiting out the 31 days needed to trigger the ( well most anyway ) lemon law so that you can preserve the ability to sue should you need to. Suing should be a last resort, but you’ve got a pretty obvious and strong case that you’ve tried to be flexible and it hasn’t worked out. Most state lemon laws exempt repairs that the dealer or manufacturer provide a loaner for.
