And took some pics after the install. The install was pretty straightforward, only thing is the hanger for the rear most section of the system has to be shortened in order for the rubber isolator to slide through. Other than that, everything else fit just fine. The hardest part was probably removing the factory exhaust. Note to anyone who's looking to tackle this in the near future; the piping right behind the factory resonator has to be rotated in order for it to slide off the pipe. It has a built in dowel that locks the piping in place to prevent it from sliding off accidentally.
It's also easier to install and tighten the new catback from front to back in order to get a nice overall fit. It'll take a little more time to get the adjusting right, but you'll be glad you took the extra time once your catback looks right. Well, here are a few pics of the new exhaust on my raptor. Exhaust note got a little louder than the factory catback, definitely a little deeper. Not really a significant increase in volume in the cab, either, which is exactly what I was looking for in a catback.

I did not have to shorten my hanger to install, instead I removed from the truck the receiving section, installed it on the hanger and re-bolted back to the truck.
If you would like it louder ad a CAI and it sounds much better.

A very nice installation, Krab. How do you like the sound, and how do you compare it to the factory exhaust system at different throttle openings?

Thanks for the compliments, guys.

Justvettn, I unbolted all the rubber isolators from the frame to slide them over the hangers first and then bolt them back in place. Even like that though, there just wasn't enough room to slide that section onto the hanger. It was physically too long. I remember reading that someone else had this problem before, so I was expecting to have this issue too. Not a big deal.

Ruger, compared to the factory exhaust, it's slightly louder at idle, barely noticeable, really. It has a deeper rumble, though. At WOT, again it sounds a little louder than stock, but not obnoxious like I imagine an old pickup truck to sound like. It has no rasp as far as I can tell, but that's probably due to leaving the stock resonator in place. I went on a 4 hour highway drive with this catback on and noticed some slight drone at about 2k rpm. I honestly don't remember if it was there with the stock exhaust. It might not be noticeable to most people, but I'm picky like that. So overall, slightly louder than factory exhaust, but definitely tame enough for daily use.

I forgot to mention this is the 15588 system with the rolled/double walled tips, not the single walled tips. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the exhaust. Fit and finish are top notch. They kit also includes the nice band clamps, not the ones that will deform the piping once they're torqued down.

I would be worried about shortening a hanger in case it could slipped out due to it being shorter then engineered.

I would be too, normally, but I had to get the rubber donut angled in the right position and use some muscle to get it to slide on. For it to slide off, the hanger would need to be bent upwards or the isolator unbolted from the frame to position it at the right angle and then pull it off. I think it'll be ok.
