Good job, that won't go anywhere now. I would just change the hardwear out to SS,

Krab - Rather than create a new thread, I'll just add to your thread as I just finished the installation of my Magnaflow catback. I noticed the same problem with the rearmost exhaust hanger as well.

The rearmost exhaust hanger on the Magnaflow catback appears to be just a shade "too long" and prevents the rubber donut from easily passing through it (not enough clearance). I found that if you spray some soapy water or lube, it enables the donut to slide through over the hanger (YMMV, of course - mine had just enough clearance where the rubber could deform and pass through onto the hanger).

Same here, very slight clearance. I found taking the rubber donut off the truck (2 bolts) and working with it and the rear exhaust section on a bench a heck of a lot easier. Soapy water and some force and it was on there. Back to the truck to bolt the whole thing back in takes 5 minutes. Upside is there is no way in hell the hanger is coming out of the donut off road.

Cobra and Stang, I couldn't get the donut to slip into place even by unbolting it from the frame. I had to clearance it as shown in the thread. Also, since then I've replaced the hardware to stainless. I'm confident my exhaust won't be going anywhere now.
