If anyone wants to run Parking Lights (outer halo) as DRL this may work for you:

Edit: 726-45-01 xxxx 7Fxx xxxx may not even be necessary for this to work, will verify later.

Just parking lights as DRL. If you want both low beams & parking lights as DRL just make this change:
726-26-02 x1xx xxxx xxxx

For only parking lights as DRL just do the following (I edited my other post):

This sets the parking lights as DRL in conjuction with setting the Daytime Lights on in the IPC menu. So if you have the type of headlight switch with the Parking/On/Auto position it would need to be turned to Auto. If you don't have the Auto position it should work in the off position if Daytime Lights is selected in IPC menu.
