As far as I'm concerned, all they need to do to the alloy Raptor is go with direct injection, full independent variable valve timing, and high flow cats. They can even go with an alloy block if they want to entertain themselves, but I've go no issues with cast iron.

Oh ye of little faith (and change haters), just wait.

Raptor II will be awesome and everyone of the naysayers will be wanting (and figuring out how to dump their R1 for the new one).

No, I just want it to be good enough to entice me to get a second one! No one is getting my current one!

Whatever the '16 Raptor gets, I bet it'll have more than 411 HP.

Can we NOT use the term "Raptor II", it conjures bad memories.

There will be a different transmission available...but when?

"Automakers hope to save millions of dollars with joint development

Ford and General Motors have announced that they have teamed up to jointly develop a new generation of advanced 9- and 10-speed transmissions that will be used in cars, crossovers, SUVs, and trucks."

I think it is a good looking truck, and compared to its competition it blows dodge and chev out of the water. So kudos to Ford, they continue to do the right things. With that being said a new Raptor would have to make my current Raptor look like shit for me to warrant an upgrade, and I doubt that is something it will do.

I was all jazzed about the integrated loading ramps in the Atlas, then didn't hear anything about it, but these pics show some pretty nice loading ramps again, however I don't think they are integrated as I couldn't see any slots for them. shame...

On a few of the photos it almost looks like there are storage slots for the ramps just under the bumper. Look at the picture of the rear of the red FX4 with the motorcycles in back.
