Are they anywehre near each other? You can get some foil based wire wrap/insulation and shield it to make sure.

I have yet to dive under the hood and check on it. Planning to take a look after work. It's comforting to know that this may be a possibility though.

So update guys, I just got my NEW engine andddddd BAM. Low PRESSURE WARNING!!!!!

What is going on ???

I have a little theory that it going through my head and would like to see what y'all think.

Whenever I drive I like to flip my third aux switch and put on my LED foglights (as seen in my picture). When the dealership test drives my truck thoroughly, they do not do this and the issue never happens for them. As soon as I drive off the lot with this switch on, I get the issue in about 10-20 min. Could it be a faulty wiring situation??
Sounds like someone installed the lights/harness too close to the PCM or its harness. That can induce electromagnetic interference which skews sensor readings, especially those on VREF.

There is not that much current in an LED aux light kit to mess with VREF sensor. It could *maybe* effect a hall effect sensor, or unshielded can bus. But those are generally run in twisted pair to prevent interference.

Really at a loss here guys. No idea what the issue is and my car is sitting at the dealer again. What a horrible experience buying a ford vehicle, much less my FIRST vehicle.

The only advice I can offer is 2 things

1) Electrical issues are the worst
2) Start with a stupid list.. ie whats the stupidest thing it could be, because often its not what it seems. Don't get tunnel vision on one area.

I know those are vague but the second has helped me more times then you would know.

So funny enough I just got a dealer update:

They ran tests on the electronics and found that there is an intermittent short to power on the signal circuit between the PCM and the oil pressure sensor. They've ordered a new engine harness because they cannot locate exactly where the short is coming from. Hopefully this is it!!!? I HOPE

Electrical issues are the worst

I remember a neighbor bringing home a brand new Chrysler minvan.

He said something about the dash lights acting funny- but the dealer said not to worry, they'd fix it.

As soon as he said that, I told him he was going to have to lemon law it. There was likely no way they'd find that and fix it.

He laughed and said it was no big deal. I'm sure he thought I was being overly dramitic about it.

2 months later, the van was bought back by the dealer.
