Hey Alan, did you put that on yourself or use a shop in Tulsa? I'm looking for someone to install mine.

I did it myself! I can weld it up for you in about 30 mins from the first beer opening :ROFLJest:

Get the oval not the Y-pipe its a lot easier to put in. I did both mine and the roommates.

Any reports of:

1. Excessive exhaust Grime on the frame, undercarriage or components?
2. Knocking those suckers off (or severely damaging them) when playing off road?

Ever since seeing and hearing Bad Ass Raptor Chick's straight pipes in person, and finding out the shop and how affordable it is (thanks Randy) I've been contemplating a cutout or going all straights...

Thanks for all the info.

Matt

If you get the oval compared to the y-pipe it doesnt hang as low plus if you keep the cut out you make in your pipe and don't like it you can weld it back in and sell your cutout. I haven't noticed a change in MPG or HP but the sound is hard to miss. IMO best money spent

My question is for any of you who put one on a '11 or '12, where did you weld it in. I bought the y pipe version from DMH. I thought I would just cut out the resonator and weld it in its place. Doe sit make any difference to move closer to the muffler or keep closer up to flange where the resonator is?
