From Urban Dictionary (just substitute 6.2 for the word *****)
***** envy :
(2) ***** envy is the reason feminists hate men. They are jealous of men's penises, and this jealousy gets taken out on men in the form of rage.
feminist: I hate men!
My friend: Why does she hate men so much?
Me: She wishes she had a *****... She has a bad case of ***** envy

Wow very childish and touchy subject.....Back on topic!

For people who dont race in Baja. A full four door raptor is perfect for chase crews. Chase crews are the one who follow the race (cars, trucks, motorcycles or atvs) with spare parts food water medical aid and crew members. They are the ones that will benefit from a full four doors. May not be as good as the smaller raptor but , Hell of alot better then a regular 4door 4x4 f150.....Its ruff down there some of the roads we have to take to get to Point A to B are probably ruffer then most people will take there raptors on in the state..........I know everyone and there mother who lives in SD has seen this movie, but if you dont really cool to check out Its called "DUST TO GLORY" Youtube it! Gives you kinda a good idea of racing Baja.

Interesting info Terry. One question that I had when I watched "Born in Baja" was do the chase crews travel the same basic course as the racers? Or do the have to find roads to get them to the next stop?

My only point was this thread was about the SUPER CREW Raptor. Of course the 6.2 motor will be in it! And I have no issue with talking about the 6.2 motor and how it has more power. But I also have no problem mentioning the 6.2 picture/text showing up again here in this thread. But really, if I see that thing posted again I'm sure I'll put up some silly picture just to note it's reappearance.

My ******* aren't in a bunch and I hope no one else's are either. :)

When my wife blessed us with our son, I was driving a pair of Mustangs. If you ever installed a child seat in the back seat of a Stang you will understand why I had to have something else to drive. I told my self, if I have to give up my Stangs, I was going to buy something fun. I started looking around and ran across a '03 Super Crew Harley Edition F150. This truck was a God send in the way that I was now able to transport our son with ease but yet not hand over my Man-Card for a 4dr Sedan. Now our son is 8yrs old but if I was in that situation again, I would buy a 4dr Raptor in a heart beat!!

Ray, I agree, as I have had several Stangs over the years, and have three kids, grown now but whatever. So the question I have is, did you try the cab with your son in back, and was that to small? I mean you own the cab now? I think if you put your son in the back of a crew there is almost a double edge sword that is is SO FAR back that its almost TOOOOO far back LOL. I know there are reasons, and I know the crew will sell to a select market, but if I was buying the Raptor, and the main selling point was a CREW, you may be better off buying a FX4 and saving a few grand! Just seems silly to pay for the off road options, in a crew length truck, when the FX4 in a crew would probably perform the same or better? Who knows... I am more or less going to keep mine on the road so who am I to judge LOL...

No you always stay off the course....check out the web site and look at the map for the Baja 500 coming up in 2 weeks you'll see the course and road ways you have to take, Theres only a few hwys in mexico and everyone has to take the same way and not all are paved(very scary and like they say at the riders meetings its more dangerous to be chase then racing) Only reason a chase truck should ever be on the course is to pick up a injured rider or a broken vehicle. If your rider is injured badley enough score chopper will pick them up and then chase crew has the fun of trying to get to the vehicle......Most of the time if its a bike or atv its stolen before you get there.
