If they have replaced every mechanical drive component, then they are missing the vacuum parts.

15 months is a long time, so I understand your frustration. Have you documented all the service repairs?

Are you considering the lemon law?

Does it break on you or has it never left the dealership?

so i guess since i contacted a lawyer which i am not represented by them they essentially contacted ford for me since i couldnt get any answers i have been informed by crystal that she cannot assist me! i am not represented and no longer in contact with any legal services im feeling stuck
