DMH Exhaust Cut Outs - Customer Support

Look, I had my gripe with the guy. He eventually sent it... BBB'ing the guy is harsh in my opinion.

Yes, he has the worst customer service I have seen BUT it all comes back around.

I'm glad you got yours back. I gave him 5 months of leeway before I contacted the BB. I'm now at 6 months. I don't find it harsh at all.

He also had a month to respond to the BBB and did nothing. My request through them was to just have my cut out sent back to me or refund me if he could not send it back. Pretty simple, he failed to do that though.

I don't think its harsh. F him. He gave me the run around for months before I just said screw it. Shit product and even worse customer service. Like I said F him

If you really want one. I can send you my old one, which is brand new excluding the Y pipe. I assume he doesnt want my used one back... I am willing to take the loss and just walk. I already removed the used cut out and cut my losses.

I don't have DMH, but I've noticed it's alil slower with it open. It's more for sound then performance. Just my .02¢
