DMH Exhaust Cut Outs - Customer Support

Through the years of owning the Harley Truck, I have been through 4 sets of cutouts FROM DMH. I can honestly say that I have received every warranty WITH A WAIT. The wait depends on how u get through to him. The first two sets that ended up defected, I tried sending them back. He sent out replacements instead without needing the defected ones. I still have the old messed up cutouts sitting somewhere at my shop. Over the years of dealing with DMH, I figured out how he operates.... TOTALLY BY HIMSELF!
No ******** guys, the dude means well but customer service tends to be a burden anytime your trying to make money, and laboring on your own....

yea, it's obvious he works on his own. It doesn't take much to at least answer some email though. Hell, hire an indian for 3 dollars per day to answer them for you!

After reading all these tales of wow, I will be giving DMH a wide berth. In my book customer service is key, without it you don't have a viable business and this guy is lucky to still be in business. But he won't be for long if he doesn't improve. No way is he getting my order, no matter how nice he is

This is the main reason I decided not to go with cutouts on my next exhaust upgrade. It was a pain in the ass to get answers or call backs. I figured out that if I would leave a very negatively professional recording letting him know youll be posting this via every forum your on. Lightningrodder.com Nhtoc.com , ect....... I would get a call back or he would answer while in recording, lol. YES, it was that bad!! Try your best to not have an attitude either, "I know your a busy man but.......". Lol

I just yanked mine out the motor is toast. Won't bother trying to call dmh but I am trying to buy a new motor from his supplier.

Yep still no emails back from him either! I have told everyone I know DONT BUY DMH!!!!!
