yea, me too! I guess I should just consider it a total loss and get something else. 200 dollar part on a 50k dollar truck lol. Time for another one. Wonder what the best brand is nowadays

I think if i do something different I'm going to scrap the cutout all together and probably just put in a turn down and run without a muffler. I never close my cutout anyways and I don't have an issue with phone calls or anything like that.

I've been running open since mine broke. I only kept it closed about 15% of the time but it was nice to have when needed

True but my rattles so bad when closed its probably louder than when open

I guess just be loud and proud fits OK pretty well.

the Ohio BBB gave me the Attorney general's phone number and said to contact them to pursue further. It's a good place to compile a list of complaints if you guys are interested in letting them know. I'm not sure what else they are able to do. It would depend on if they wanted to open the case (if enough people had the same problem)

Look, I had my gripe with the guy. He eventually sent it... BBB'ing the guy is harsh in my opinion.

Yes, he has the worst customer service I have seen BUT it all comes back around.

I just took mine off and put the block off plate that came with it back on. The system is a peice of shit imo
