I have the Airaid syntha filter intake system on my truck. After running it through the mountains, it's filthy! What's the best way to clean this filter since it doesn't use the normal cleaner spray and oil?

If you didnt save your directions it calls for a mild detegent and to wash from the inside out,set it in the sun for a few hours and ur good. I havnt cleaned mine yet,But I use a pre filter.

Which pre filter? Is it the 5 star stage 2 intake?

Awesome and thank you! I use the pre filter to (from Airaid) but its covered in dried mud so I figured it would be a good idea to clean them both.

AIRAID says use Simple Green or mild detergent. Believe it or not, the best pH balanced detergent on the market is baby shampoo.
