I did fuse 27 but first I have not heard of the module under the bed until this now.

Replaced the module seemed fine until I stopped for gas after 5 hour drive and again, won't start mad

Are shutting off the engine when fueling? It's good practice to do that anyway.
You can try taking the small plastic funnel from under the rear driver side seat and shove in and out a bunch of times.
Use injector cleaner while doing that, sometimes the sensor will get stuck.

Replaced fuel pump, still NO F'N START!!
So, fuse all check out OK, fuse relocation done, fuel module replaced AND a new fuel pump!!
Hate to have it towed to the dealer but guess I have no choice unless somebody has another idea.

I would check the fuse 27 wiring again. Just in case of a bad solder joint and try a new fuse.

You cant hear the fuel pump?
I found this on the net that may or may not help on a 2009 f150.

after calling a contact at a ford dealer he let me know which wire was supposed to send power from the fuel pump relay in the fuse box to the fuel pump driver above the spare tire.

It turns out it was the violet - green stripe wire. I tested it in the engine bay and had power. I tested it at the driver and it did not.

I checked for exposed wires under the drivers door along the frame rail (why Ford needed to run their harness in the wheel well simply boggles my mind) and they all looked good. So I ran a new 14 gauge wire tying the fuel pump relay to the fuel pump driver and bingo.... my fuel pump got all excited while it was on the floor and blasted my creeper with gasoline hahaha.

It sucks I didn't figure this out BEFORE I pulled the tank but I'm glad it cost me $0.30 for 18ish feet of 14 gauge as opposed to a fuel pump OR even the driver.

did you check all the fuses in BOTH locations? how did you cross wires hooking up a trailer? 4 pin or 7 pin?

I had the bed off my 2011 for some shock mount work, and noticed the white (ground) wire from the fuel pressure module had the insulation rubbed off; from contact with the bottom of the bed. The ring connector attaches to the top of the frame crossmember, with a threaded sleeve that is very difficult to see. A ground wire that is loose/worn/rusted is one possible cause of intermittent electrical issues.
