I've had no issues with my lower control arm bolts coming loose and I've had the same alignment cams for over three years/38000 miles now. The bolts have to be TIGHT. Like, throw the torque specs out the window, pull up your skirt, and hit it with your big-boy purse tight... If you're still getting them to move frequently (which means you're probably driving the truck way too rough) then its probably a good thing the bolts are giving instead of forcing your chassis mounts to bend or LCA to rip apart.
