Aftermarket console trim? Plastic feels and looks awful.

Have it wrapped.

Still plastic, will still flex, creak, feel like junk when I rest my thumb on it to tap around the screen.

It’s hard to believe no one is really bothered by it as much as I am. It’s an absurdly expensive truck with a really cheap feeling interior. These little subtleties go a long ways.

The gray plastic pieces are what bother me. They feel rough like the missed a manufacturing step.

You might have more interest if you hit up the regular f150 forum for something like this.

It doesn't bother me much on my truck, but I might be down for a super nice replacement!

Can you share the links? I see the vent covers, but those are oem aluminum... I’m fine with that as-is. Can’t find one for the middle plastic area though.

Also saw the trim for the gear shifter and cup holders. Adding that to my list.

Let us know how you like them.

News flash. The entire interior of the truck is plastic. The stuff that looks like aluminum, yep it's plastic too. Sounds like you just need to pop those pieces off and stop by your local CNC machine shop. They can make you the parts out of about any material you like.

Right right. The faux brushed aluminum I realize is plastic too, but it’s deceptively good looking.

How much do you think that would run? And you think it’d turn out ok?

+1 for IDGAF about the interior, however Id say compared to its competitors is on par.

Im happy Ford directed their resources to other aspects of the truck and skimped (to some) a little on the interior.

I doubt youll find any aftermarket that fits as good as stock.
