I wonder if at least some of these are the trucks that all the auto mags/online guys got to review, then had to send back, then we're auctioned off, and end up in the used market?

Just a thought...

Laugh all you want, but the number does seem high to me as well.

There are 813 trucks for sale on cars.com with the following search criteria:
Nationwide, Used, 2017, F150, 4X4, SCREW & SCAB, All Trims

By trim:
XLT: 299
Lariat: 161
Raptor: 132
Base: 117
XL: 54
Platinum: 20
King Ranch: 18
Limited: 12

I would think Raptor would be in the Platinum/King Ranch range, but that's not the case at all.

Strange, must be some huge problem with the XLT and Lariat trim too that we haven't discovered.... maybe they need a weep hole in the back of the 5.0 oil pan?

The used 2017 market is probably most likely due to the people who had to have this truck so bad they were willing to pay the $1500 monthly payment. Or the reality of paying 4%+ interest on top of an overpriced truck was downright foolish.

Then 6 months later not so much, sell that **** for a huge loss cause it's not worth it.

Me? - Just waiting for the time to strike on a used 17 truck with low miles for $50k cash, give or take $5K depending on what it has for options.
Sold, great deal, no markup, no tax, no interest and same truck as the fools who paid twice as much to be cool and make tunnel exhaust videos! So glad this world is full of rich idiots.

And no, my GEN1 is not for sale and will be kept in the family because it is a better truck. Put all the business miles on that new P.O.S....

Wow, your insight and savviness is amazing. Every credible review said the Gen1 is a vastly superior truck. Oh wait nevermind, I only hear that from butt-hurt G1 fanboys in their slower, less capable trucks. But hey, at least yours sounds cool cause that's what really matters to posers.

I literally come on this forum daily not for any type of useful information but just to laugh at all the fuckery. That's all there is here, useful information is few and far between. I'm ok with that, but that's because I've come to understand really what this place is...in my short time here.

If you want to pay a rediculious amount for someone else's sloppy-seconds to save a few grand, have at it.
