No machines run without oil no modern hospital without plastics, no trucks no cars no electric anything. All petrochemicals dependent (see China and Russia for big oil deals)

I think the salient question for anyone right now is "what are the 2-3 things the current administration has done well?". And infrastructure that isn't infrastructure doesn't count! Nor does just handing out money! After that.... it usually just descends into name calling. By the way, pretty sure Biden agreed with "let's go Brandon" live and on TV!

The current administration has done several things well, I just don't think that they are good things. The only thing I think Biden has mentioned but failed to pass is a cap on insulin prices that is exploited by big pharmaceutical companies.

With all the games Ford is playing with builds between 21 and 22 raptors (Quality holds as well), dealers collecting money when they don't ACTUALLY have any allocations, buyers not knowing dealers don't have 35 allocations, or 37 allocations, all of the ridiculous ADM that dealers charge, and the Quality issues that could arise from covid builds (transient workforce that is not sklled), or suppliers who are sub par backups (rushed).............. Why are people buying ANY vehicles right now? This is absolutely crazy to me. It seems like the worst time to buy anything, and it also has a very high risk of being problema

I'm capable of being patient, and I'm also never going to get as much for my used car as I am right now. It has appreciated almost 9k in the last year and its a 2012

The alternative to the pipeline is shipping oil via rail, truck or boat, all 3 of which are far worse from a carbon footprint and safety standpoint than the pipeline. Like it or not oil will still need to travel from point A to point B tomorrow and the next day, and the pipeline is the least impactful of the methods available to us
