OP, +100 that the weakest part of Ford Motor Company’s value prop are their dealers - by far. All but 1 of the vehicles I have purchased in my life were Fords (wife’s Lexus) and I can stand in front of St Pete today and say I have never had a positive experience on any single visit to any single Ford dealer.

Great products, absolutely horrible customer service. Hopefully one day Ford will realize it’s because of the customer that they exists and as a result, they’ll better manage those who (are supposed to) serve their customers - the ******* dealer.

I’m sure a great dealer exists out there somewhere, I just personally haven’t heard of one.

The Raptor is my first Ford and so far I love the truck! I’ve had all Toyota trucks and SUVs before this. The limited dealer service experience I’ve had at Ford shows me that they are way behind Toyota in this department.

I agree and, unfortunately, will say the exact same thing about RAM.

6 new trucks since 2011 - 3 Fords and 3 Rams. All had their respective issues, and both brands dealers proved to be completely inept!

And every one of them was in for more service than the Fords lol

In all fairness, nothing too serious (or I wouldn't keep buying them), but I'd rather have no warranty at all than have to keep going back to the dealer for repair after repair!

As for your new rebel, it's a "nice" truck but let's not pretend it would even come close to keeping up with a Raptor off road ;-)

The rebel will giVe the raptor a wake up call in 2022. I will be happy to see the outcome of it.
Ford -> V8. || Rebel TRX sales sky rocket.
I will be really excited in that year.
