i did my own install including a complete stainless works exhaust. Price for a custom tune was 500. Install of the whipple varies from 600-1k and exhaust is more or less 1k also for installation. For complete exhaust install the motor has to get jacked up on passenger side, motor mount removed, starter removed, trans crossmember loosened...and other stuff i cant remember. If you need help just let me know.

The below is from JDM Engineering. I see no need for the dyno tune ( the whipple tune is good)

Biggest, you are not running the Whipple Tune you are using JDM's Tune.
If you wanted the Whipple Tune you would have to send your PCM to Whipple.
On a side note it is good to hear that you are happy with JDM's Tune.
There are a few owners here that are using JDM's Tune, with little to no complaints.
