ok maybe your roads are worse than mine. camper it to the corn field for reference because to me going across a cornfield at 60 is relatively smooth. a plowed field is rougher but at 60 it's better than 15. before you leave let me know thanks'

Do you need me to call you a whaaa whaaa whambulance?

You asked a question and most people tried their best to answer it. Including 6.2 and me. And now your calling him a ***** and saying this is the reasons vendors won't get your business... a little childish don't ya think?

Maybe the Raptor just isn't for you, or maybe a suspension upgrade will be just the ticket.

Or maybe you should check out the Ram Runner, I hear they are smooth as butter:evillol:

If you decide to lay off the poor me, you're all so mean routine, I would suggest hooking up with some local guys to ride in their trucks as a comparison.

Well said.

I have taken it to the dealer and they said per ford, it is meant for off road and sent me on my way. I have had trucks my whole life and know what they ride like. Driving down the road in the city, I shouldn't be bounceing up and down in my seat. I also have an 2012 escalade and this isn't even in the same atmosphere. I just wanted feedback on suspension systems. Is there a need to be a *****?

I also have a new escalade and my raptor rides 10x's smoother and better than my Eacalade. Something is wrong with your truck.

The national springs with stock shocks really smoothed out potholes and square edged bumps on my truck.

If you like a stiff rough ride, to each their own, but IMO the stock suspension sucks on the roads here in IL. If I would have known that it would exaggerate every bump in the road, I would have kept my other truck. Personally, I prefer not to hear my teeth chatter while driving down the road. I have since learned in another post that the stock raptor suspension is rougher than a standard F-150. Since I got the truck at invoice, I don't mind spending a little extra to get the ride I expected. From reading other threads, upgrading the suspension will improve both on road/off road driving.

pshh just hit the bumps faster they will slowly be unnoticable

Really?! You learned that from...

wait for it...

a post?!

RUSERIUS? You learned it from a post?

And you think that you should have kept your other truck if you knew the Raptor's stock suspension sucked so bad?

You may need a better suspension upgrade than even RPG can provide for those very rough corn fields you're driving in. :owned2:

I can agree that the ride is a lot rougher than a F-150. I came from a 2012 Platinum and it is a night and day difference on the road.

RUSERIUS?

You gave up a 2012 Platinum to get into a Raptor that has a "ride a lot rougher?"

What planet are you guys on? :batman2:

You guys either got Raptors without shocks or your expectations are off-the-charts ridiculous.

I agree with RW - you guys need to hook up with some local Raptor owners to help you out.
