+1 on tire pressure for sure. I did a bunch of tests varying the pressure by 2 lbs each time and finally settled on 38 psi as the sweet spot that I like. Absorbs a lot of the bounce

Did you get this figured out?
As a few have mentioned, tire pressure and tire choice can make a difference. I run 35-37 psi on a 37 inch tire for comfort (D load).
If tire pressure doesn't get you there, then something is up with the shocks.

I apologize for not responding back sooner. I am still sorting it out. I travel a good bit so little free time. I did notice that my deavers were pretty rusted after I put a heavy load in the back and heard them making horrible creaking noises. Because it was quick and convenient I doused them in wd40 and got them moving again. Then I noticed that I needed more shock tuning. I dialed it in further today and feel like I almost have it. Need a little more testing but I am close. It is pretty hot here in VA this weekend and I am done for today. And, as luck would have it I am going out of town next week again. More testing next weekend and I should be good to go. I will then deal with what I need to do to keep the deavers moving freely.
