What is the reason why the wiring harness hangs below the frame.
why did they put the seatbelt mounts on the rear door rather than the seat on the scabs?
The engine in the GT500 is hand built and unique to that car. The 6.2 is also in the SuperDuty trucks.Hey all,,probably a newbie question,,but why does GT500 get SVT badge on valve covers and not SVT Raptors?
These are straight carry overs for ALL F-150's, I dont' think that Ford would have been willing to change the baseline config for the Raptor. As far as the seatbelts, that is the way Ford has done it since they introduced the rear hinged doors.

The cams are the only difference between the two that I am aware of, but the valve covers are the same...I read something about the 6.2 being different in the Raptor, was it different cams?, One is for towing and the other for performance. 6.2L BOSS Racing motor.
I think it would serve everyone well to take a look at the old thread (I posted the link earlier in this thread) and see what types of things were actually answered vs what was asked. I think the point of this thread has been missed...^^^^ This.... It's kinda like, why does the raptor shocks say svt but the GT500 shocks don't....

I think the saying is " It's not who you know but who you blow" That's why the head nurse has dirty knees.
That is the saying but where I came from at Ford you had to know them before you could blow them... ha ha ha
