Pardon my ignorance but is the icon RXT a similar design? I'm not bashing, just curious?

No. It is using the stock shock locations. The shocks are not longer but have a remote reservoir and a patent pending design to keep the shock for moving/twisting.

The design is different from RXT, but I believe goals are similar: Getting the most performance possible in the rear suspension without cutting holes into the bed.

Ok so I seen a picture on fb 39ec31c29ff3a75d08f4e70785e13511.jpg and it looks very similar to what wog/Rpg is doing but it is for their 15 f150 conversions MY BAD!!!

I guess I'm missing the part where this is better than a bedcage. Pulling the bed and adding a cross member is a lot more work than just cutting a hole throwing a shock tower in and being done . Plus it gets your shocks relocated up out of harms way.

With the bed cage your lower shock mounts are above the lower axle that is a plus. With the looks of this kit the lower shock mounts are like a lot like stock, below the axle to gain the travel needed. I know some people that have ripped or damaged their lower rear shocks or mounts but not too many. Personally I use my truck to do work and love taking it off road. I would rather have a removable bed rack and risk having mounts below the axle Than having a dedicated bed cage that cannot be removed. That being said I wish they would come up with a kit that won't require me to buy another bump stop kit and use the Rpg I currently have.

What people are saying is correct. You get a large increase in wheel travel without the holes and cage to deal with. You also get a big boy shock standard with this kit (3.5"). The increased travel, no lost bed space and larger shock make this a very attractive package.

Did you have to raise or lower the bump from where Rpg has theirs placed?
