Fixed my loose fuel door. What a mutherfuckinpainintheass... Ford, why do you continue to make this bad design? It is sofuckingeasy to do it properly so this never happens. Video I used as my guide... FYI no need to remove the unit, can be done under the truck, easier if you remove the rear wheel though.

I have HELL doing it from under truck... and have had to do it twice. Next time the entire unit is coming out and the metal Amazon/Ebay fix is going in.

I couldn't decide the best way to do this - take the unit out of do it from under. Issue I had was getting the upper rear most lock tab. I could not reach it at all. I could get the other 3 however. If I did manage to get it out, I would have put a screw in the top end to make sure it never fell down again though. I mean, this is something so stupid, the fix is so obvious that it is really hard to understand how ford fuckedthisup so bad...
