Let’s talk wheel offset and jumping

I am not sure exactly on how evils was, just more so recreated what I had seen in their pictures. I have a buddy with the evil kit and I’ll shoot him a text and see what he says about how their lower bracket is made. I took a grade 8 was, I believe a piece of schedule 40 1-1/4” tubing, and 1/4” plate for the bottom, all rig welded together. Just got back from Midwest Off-road Expeditions’ “Wendigo Watch 2025” in northern Michigan, and I noticed the ride was much quieter, as there was no more smacking at full droop. Also, everything seemed to hold together fine, but this summer in the dunes will be the real test
This picture is what he sent me, and that weld looks pretty ****** tbh
